The Alameda project  promises to be a special address to call home. Set in the spectacular hills of San Carlos –  every home will have a view! 

San Carlos boasts a central location – sitting between San Francisco and San Jose, with easy access to CalTrain. Close to charming downtown, San Carlos is a destination that has shopping, dining and excellent schools.

The design reserves half of the space for trees, trails, paths, viewpoints, community gathering

areas and landscape features. It offers opportunities for recreation and relaxation, and

promotes walking, biking and use of public transit to access the many local services and

amenities located within a mile. To complement the existing landscape contours, the 87

townhomes are organized into small groups of buildings dispersed across the property. This

approach helps to create an intimate neighborhood dynamic, organized around open spaces

and amenities.
