We will work with you or your designer and contractor to identify the window style, size and configuration that will best suit your needs and the design of your home. Illustrations of each window type will be created to provide a sense of the functionality of each window (which panes are fixed, which will open and in which direction, etc.). You will provide the final approval of the window plan prior to initiating the order.
How do you establish your design fees?
As homeowners ourselves, we became jaded and even annoyed with the window buying process. Regardless of the window company, quality or materials, we have never been able to know what the actual cost of a window was or how it was determined. Our pricing is transparent. The price of a window is determined by the type of window and calculating its square footage. Neovi offers tilt & turn, tilt & slide, sliding door and bi-fold door options.
How long does a typical project take?
A typical project takes ~90 days from the time the window order is submitted.
Do your windows comply with California Title 24?
Yes! Our windows are designed to meet, and in many cases exceed, code requirements.
